Pet Peeves

16.) Being de-friended on Facebook from a guy you used to date.

I still care about them and want to see how they are doing. This is the 3rd one in the past 2 months. Oh well. They weren't worth it anyway.

19.) Girls (and guys) that can't be friends with members of the opposite gender because they are married.

Story: I was sitting in my Temples class and a girl was sitting in a seat that wasn't hers (yes we have assigned seats) because hers was broken. Which is fine. Not a big deal. My professor suggested another open seat that she could sit in so the guy who was supposed to sit there could. My professor phrased the option like this, "would you like this open seat next to these fine gentlemen?" Guess what she did! She pulled up her hand and showed him her ring. Just because she is married doesn't mean that guys can't be nice. Marriage doesn't mean that you can't sit next to another man - heaven forbid. Marriage doesn't mean you can't be friends with men. They are HALF of the world's population. Oh it just rubbed me the wrong way.
